First here’s my disclaimer. I know what you’re thinking. But it’s not that big of a leap to realize that quitting smoking cigarettes after 20 plus years would cause some health improvements. I was a pack a day smoker.. that’s being extremely generous. However for as long as I can remember I’ve had issues with extremely dry skin. Now I’m not talking chapped lips or rough elbows. I’m talking a snake like appearance to my legs a couple hours after moisturizing. My skin issues were so severe my doctors insisted on several occasions, a test for diabetes. I was moisturizing with special diabetics lotions, and using special soaps. ( Some covered under insurance and some not) . By the way I do not have diabetes. No, in fact my only major medical complaint was my skin.
However here I am almost two months in to my smoking cessation and it looks like I’ve had some kind of facial procedure. Listed in the following is the only other product besides a great face cream.
As if we needed another reason to quit smoking. Believe me I know how hard it is. After twenty years I just didn’t like it as much anymore to be honest. The following products are phenomenal as well:
Neutrogena Light Therapy Acne Treatment Face Mask, Chemical & UV-Free with Clinically Proven Blue & Red Acne Light Technology, Gentle for Sensitive Skin, 1 ct
